Reservations

Please check availability with Namichan-chi or your hotel concierge first.

1. Confirm your details

Provide your preferred date, time, party size and reservation name. Please let us know about allergies or dietary requests in advance.

2. Pay the deposit after availability is confirmed

After confirming availability and your booking details, pay securely via Square from our reservation deposit page. The deposit is JPY 3,000 per guest for March 1–December 19, and JPY 5,000 per guest for December 20–the end of February. Enter the total for your party based on your dining date. Please provide the same reservation name, date, time and party size as confirmed with us.

3. Receive your reservation confirmation

We will confirm your reservation after matching the payment with your booking details. The full deposit will be deducted from your bill at the restaurant.

Arrival and changes

Please contact us as soon as possible if you will arrive late or need to change your party size or reservation date. Please review our cancellation policy for refund conditions.

ご予約の流れ

のみ喰い処「波ちゃん家」へのご予約は、まず当店またはご宿泊先のコンシェルジュを通じて空席をご確認ください。

1. 日時・人数・予約名を確認

ご希望の日付、時間、人数、予約名をお知らせください。アレルギーやお食事についてのご相談も、事前にお伝えください。

2. デポジットのお支払い

空席と予約内容の確認後、予約デポジットページからSquareでお支払いください。通常期（3月1日〜12月19日）は1名3,000円、繁忙期（12月20日〜2月末）は1名5,000円です。人数×ご来店日の季節区分に応じた金額をご入力ください。予約名・日時・人数は確認時と同じ内容をお知らせください。

3. ご予約確定のご案内

当店が入金と予約情報を照合し、ご予約確定をご案内します。デポジットはご来店時のお会計から全額差し引きます。

ご来店・変更について

予約時間に遅れる場合や、人数・日時を変更する場合は、お早めに当店へご連絡ください。キャンセルと人数変更の返金条件は、キャンセル規定をご確認ください。
