Reservation Deposit
Please confirm availability and your reservation details with Namichan-chi or your hotel concierge before paying your deposit securely via Square. Please do not pay before availability is confirmed.
Deposit per guest
Regular season (March 1–December 19): JPY 3,000
Peak winter season (December 20–end of February): JPY 5,000
The deposit is not an additional charge. The full amount will be deducted from your bill at the restaurant.
Before you pay
Please confirm your reservation date, time, party size and name. Use the same reservation name and date when paying. We will confirm your reservation after matching the payment with your reservation details.
Cancellations and changes
Cancellations made by the day before the reservation receive a full refund. Reductions in party size reported by the day before receive a refund for the affected guests. Same-day cancellations, no-shows and same-day reductions in party size are non-refundable. All dates and times are Japan Standard Time.
If you are more than 20 minutes late without contacting us, your reservation may be treated as cancelled.
Pay your deposit
After confirming availability, enter the total deposit: number of guests × the seasonal deposit per guest. Select the season for your reservation date, not the payment date. Please provide the same reservation name, date, time and party size as confirmed with us. If the payment page does not request these details, send them to the restaurant separately.

ご予約済みのお客様へ
空席と予約内容を当店またはご宿泊先のコンシェルジュを通じて確認してから、Squareでデポジットをお支払いください。空席確認前のお支払いはお控えください。
デポジットの金額
通常期（3月1日〜12月19日）：お一人様3,000円
繁忙期（12月20日〜2月末日）：お一人様5,000円
デポジットは追加料金ではありません。ご来店時に全額を当日のお会計から差し引きます。
お支払いの前に
当店またはホテルのコンシェルジュを通じて、日時・人数・予約名をご確認ください。決済時は、空席確認時と同じ予約名・予約日時をご入力ください。当店が入金と予約情報を照合した後、ご予約確定をご案内します。
キャンセル・人数変更
ご予約日の前日までのキャンセルは全額返金します。前日までの人数減少は、減少人数分を返金します。当日キャンセル・無断キャンセル・当日の人数減少は返金いたしかねます。日時は日本時間を基準とします。
ご連絡なく予約時間から20分以上経過した場合は、キャンセル扱いとさせていただく場合がございます。
デポジットのお支払い
空席確認後、人数×ご予約日の季節区分に応じた金額を、Squareの支払い画面にご入力ください。季節区分は支払日ではなく、ご来店日を基準とします。予約名・日付・時間・人数は、当店に確認した内容と同じものをお知らせください。支払い画面に入力欄がない場合は、別途当店へお知らせください。
